Cad Cut is the process of applying a heat transfer material to the surface of a textile substrate. The transfer material is cut to design using a computerized cutter then the cutout is applied to the garment using heat and pressure.
This is the process we use to personalize a jersey, t-shirt or sweatshirt with an individual name and/or number. This is also a great option for that special occasion where only a personalized shirt will do!

This process uses a thermal transfer printer which prints on a variety of substrates by melting a coating of ribbon (foil) so that it stays glued to the material on which the print is applied. It contrasts with direct thermal printing where no ribbon is present in the process.
This process is used when you need a metallic or other textured finish to your label. We also have the ability to serialize labels using this process.
